Psychotherapy is my second career after 20 years mentoring youth in leadership and community building. As a Registered Psychotherapist with a Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Counselling, I started my work in a treatment centre focused on addictions and PTSD, serving military, first responders, and others. Since launching my Peterborough practice in 2021, I support youth and adults with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and behavioural addictions.
